Some of the key factors that are important in any organization are profitability, reputation, culture, spectacular governance, improved risk management system, better compliance and so on. A better occupational safety program has to be followed by the administration to get a better profit and excel in the field. Profitability helps to increase the productivity and efficiency by reducing the costs and compliance is better developed by the rigid reporting at various levels in an organization. Risk management helps one to identify the risks before they happen and processes ideas to overcome such risks that are going to happen. The more transparent the governance, the better is the result on the output and a better management will definitely result in a better result which will help the organization to stand straight even in the difficult times.
